How many stores do you have? And where?

There are 4 ZIA Record Exchange locations in the Phoenix metro area, two in the Tucson area and two in Las Vegas.  Visit our locations page for more info on addresses, hours of operation and store hours.

Can I email ZIA with questions?

How do I download my Digital/MP3 purchases from www.ziarecords.com?

Once you've completed your purchase, you will recieve an email with directions and link. Remember to check your email immediately following your purchase. 

What is the return policy for items purchased online?

For online purchase returns, please contact us at info@ziarecords.com or call us at 623-580-4942, Extension 132. Online purchases can not be returned at our physical store locations.

Z-CARD FREQUENT BUYER PROGRAM

Can I use my Z-Card online? Do I get credit on my Z-Card for purchases made online at www.ziarecords.com?

Zia can add points to your Z-Card account when you make purchases online at www.ziarecords.com.  Email us at info@ziarecords.comwith your Z-Card number and we’ll add points to your account. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

FREQUENTLY ASKED CONSIGNMENT QUESTIONS

Wondering how to get your music into our stores? All you need to do to consign an artist with us is look over the consignment agreement, fill out the consignment form and e-mail that form back to ziaconsignment@gmail.com.  (Please send back as an Excel format file for easy processing). Once your info has been received and processed we will contact you with further info on shipping.

FREQUENTLY ASKED SHIPPING QUESTIONS

How long will it take to get my order?

Orders are usually filled within 2-4 days but can take up to 10-12 days to fill depending on availability. Delivery times vary depending on destination.

Does ZIA ship items internationally?

No, we do not currently ship orders internationally.

Does ZIA process Inmate Mailings?

No, we do not process or ship Inmate Mailing orders online due to Prison Facility regulations, but we do offer this service in our store locations.  Stop by your local Zia for more information. * ZIA Records will not be responsible for any return shipping, additional costs, loss or damage regarding items shipped to a Prison Facility.*

 

ZIA STORE LOCATION RETURNS POLICY 

What's your return policy for items purchased at ZIA stores?

We want you to feel good about the things you buy at ZIA, so we're taknig away the risk of getting stuck with something you don't like.

Here's how our customer insurance/returns policy works :

How long do I have to return something? - If you want to return something you bought, just bring it back to any ZIA location within 7 days of purchase. We will need the original sales receipt to process any returns.

Can I get a refund? - Like most stores, we don't give cash or credit card refunds, but we will exchange your item for something you will like better.

What if I buy something I don't like? - If it's NEW and UNOPENED, or ANY USED ITEM, we will exchange it for something different, or give you store credit for the amount of your purchase.

What if I buy something and it does not work? - We inspect all items before we put them out for sale, but if you buy something defective that will not work, we will echange it for another copy of the same item.

What if I bought it New and opened it?  - No problem. As long as it's in good condition, we'll give you the current USED sale value of the item for exchange or store credit.

We live in the desert, what about Vinyl? - Vinyl albums are fragile and easily damaged in shipping, so we can't guarantee it's going to be in perfect condition. Because of this, ALL NEW VINYL SALES ARE FINAL.

BOOK RETURNS POLICY

NEW books may be exchanged for credit only within 7 days with sales receipt if they are undamaged and incondition to be sellable as NEW. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. New books returned in conditon to be sellable as Used will be credited at the Used sale price.

USED books may be exchanged for credit only within 7 days with sales receipt if they are undamaged and in sellable condition. No refunds will be given.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS include audiobooks, comic books. graphic novels, opened shring-wrapped items, apparel, magazines and other itmes marked as such.
